Shipping, Retail Returns and Exchanges
SHIPPING POLICY
At 4D Beauty, we currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.
Shipping Costs
• £5.99 flat rate for all orders under £150
• Free shipping on all orders over £150
Processing Times
Please allow at least 3 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be processed, packaged, and dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but during busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
COLLECTION
We offer a free collection option for those who live locally. Products that are currently in stock can be collected once a time slot has been arranged with us. Products that are not currently in stock, may take up to 10 working days to arrive depending on the supplier, however we usually receive our deliveries in a matter of days.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any used, opened, or unsealed skincare or cosmetic products. This is in line with UK health and safety regulations. Please note: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, tested, or used—even lightly. If the hygiene seal is broken, the item is considered non-returnable.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging, with all seals intact
• In the same condition as when purchased
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue at: info@4dbeauty.co.uk
How to Return
To arrange a return, please email us at info@4dbeauty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Legal Note
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
GIFT VOUCHERS RETURNS POLICY
All 4D Beauty gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Once purchased, vouchers are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Validity Period
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. The expiry date is clearly printed on each voucher. Vouchers must be used in full before this date; expired vouchers will not be accepted. We do not offer extensions on unused or partially used vouchers past the expiry date.
Usage Terms
• Vouchers can be redeemed in-clinic only, for treatments or eligible retail products.
• Vouchers must be presented with their visible voucher code (physical or digital copy) at the time of appointment or purchase.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
• No change or credit will be given for any unused portion of a voucher.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced—please treat them like cash.
TREATMENT COURSE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
When booking a treatment course at 4D Beauty, please note the following terms apply to all packages paid upfront:
Non-Refundable Payments
All prepaid treatment courses are non-refundable. By committing to a course, you are reserving appointment time and access to a discounted rate in exchange for full upfront payment.
Course Cancellation or Change of Mind
If you choose to cancel a course before completion, the remaining value of unused treatments may be transferred as credit to be used toward:
• Other treatments offered at 4D Beauty
• Retail skincare products available in-clinic
Credit must be used within 6 months of cancellation and cannot be transferred to another person.
Used vs. Unused Treatments
If any sessions from the course have already been used, their value will be deducted from your credit at full, non-discounted price—not the pro-rata course rate.
For example:
If your 6-treatment course cost £300 and you use 2 sessions before cancelling, the full single-treatment price (e.g., £70 each) will be deducted from your credit, not £50 per session.
This ensures fairness and prevents misuse of discounted packages.
No Exceptions for Change of Circumstances
Refunds or credits will not be issued due to:
• A change of personal circumstances
• Scheduling conflicts
• Skin changes that result in unsuitability for the remaining treatments (unless confirmed by your therapist, in which case a credit or treatment swap may be offered at discretion).
