We only ship within the UK and our deliveries are provided by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail 1st Class: £5.99
Delivery within 3-8 working days to UK mainland (Mon-Fri).

We offer Free Delivery for Serenity Sponge (only) orders and any large orders over a certain value (value stated on shop page, subject to change any time). Serenity Sponges are shipped standard second class via Royal Mail.

Shipping costs may increase for multiple items and weight.

COLLECTION
We also offer a free collection option for those who live locally. Products in stock can be collected once a time has been arranged with us. Products that are out of stock may take up to three weeks to arrive depending on the supplier, however we usually receive our deliveries in a matter of days. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from us. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
