Cancellation Policy

Your beauty treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost precious time and money. Therefore, if an appointment is missed with no prior notice or less than 24 hours notice, this will incur a charge of 50% of the missed treatment. A 'no show'/cancellation with no prior contact from the client will incur a charge of 100% of the missed appointment. Any future appointments will be cancelled until the cancellation fee is paid and client will be refused future bookings if this is not settled.

Deposits are non-refundable. Your booking can be changed to another treatment or rescheduled with no extra charge, up to 24 hours before you are due to arrive. Failure to do so/late cancellations will result in losing your deposit.

Treatment courses paid up front are non-refundable. The remaining value of the cancelled course may be used as credit towards another treatment or products we offer.
