Cancellation Policy

Your beauty treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you and as a small business, last minute cancellations can have a big impact. We therefore ask that you notify via text, phone or email us at info@4dbeauty.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

 

If you provide us with less than 24 hours notice of your cancellation/rescheduling, this will incur a charge of half of the price of the missed treatment. A missed appointment, with no prior contact from the client, will incur a charge of the full amount the missed treatment. Any future appointments will be cancelled until the cancellation fee is paid and the client will be refused future bookings if this is not settled. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may not have time to carry out your treatment and you will be charged for the missed appointment.

Booking fees and cancellation fees are non-refundable. Your booking can be changed to another treatment or rescheduled with no extra charge, up to 24 hours before you are due to arrive. Failure to notify us of any changes, prior to your booking, may incur a charge of the full amount of the original booking price. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in losing your booking fee, along with potentially an added charge to meet the cancellation fee policy above (see above). A new booking fee will be required before the client can book another appointment.

 

If booking outside of our website booking system, your booking fee must be paid within one week of making the appointment, otherwise your appointment will not be confirmed and will be available, after this period, for others to book.

Treatment courses paid up front are non-refundable. The remaining value of the cancelled course may be used as credit towards another treatment or products we offer. Vouchers are non-refundable and are only valid if used between the time of purchase and expiry date. Please see our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy for further details.
